What time is it on the moon? The answer to this question has remained complicated since the dawn of the space age, as it currently depends on the time zone of whichever country is conducting the trip beyond Earth’s atmosphere. With several countries planning missions to the moon, the European Space Agency (ESA) says it’s time for a lunar time zone.
