No Stone Left Alone

No Stone Left Alone (NSLA) is an annual tradition that began with one family and has grown into a national effort to ensure all fallen Canadian soldiers are remembered with a poppy every November. Since its inception in 2010, the NSLA remembrance ceremony has offered students and adolescents an authentic and educative experience where they visit the graves of heroes and place the poppies upon the headstones themselves.

In this 13th anniversary special, we learn more about poppy rocks and Canadian soldiers who performed an act of heroism while serving in other countries.

The animations for this Remembrance Day special were produced by James Hawkins and Neil Sangani. Full story at Globalnews.ca.
