The Moon Landing & the Maple Leaf

For the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11, Global News has produced an original half-hour documentary commemorating the significant contributions Canadians made to the mission. From the design of the lunar lander, to the design of the heat shield that returned the astronauts to earth safely, to the flight surgeon in quarantine with the famous three, Canada's role in Apollo 11 was critical.
