Tofino Boat Sinking

The Leviathan II, a 20-metre cruiser vessel with 27 people on board, sunk near Tofino, BC. 5 people were confirmed dead. This whale-watching ship is now at the centre of multiple investigations was inspected annually since 1998 and certified to carry 46 passengers.
